VectorLint is a documentation audit and quality analysis platform built for technical writers, content teams, and documentation agencies. The Service provides capabilities for analyzing, validating, and scoring technical documentation and content using AI-powered evaluation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. Failure to maintain accurate account information constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in termination of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TinyRocket Labs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain all rights to any documentation, content, or data you submit to VectorLint for analysis. VectorLint processes your content solely for the purpose of providing the linting and analysis capabilities you request. We do not claim ownership of your content. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the intended functionality
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
7. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, billing cycles, and applicable fees will be presented to you at the time of purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features. Refund policies, if any, will be specified on our pricing page.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at jay@vectorlint.dev. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TinyRocket Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TinyRocket Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
